Refund Policy
Last updated June 16, 2026
Stasher subscriptions are billed and refunded by Apple or Google. This page explains what we can and cannot do.
Where to request a refund
All in-app purchases (subscriptions and any one-time charges) are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We do not see, hold, or have the ability to refund your payment.
- Apple App Store: visit reportaproblem.apple.com from any browser, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, find the transaction, and tap “Request a refund”.
- Google Play: open the Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → choose the Stasher app you subscribed to, then file a refund request through Google's purchase-support flow.
Subscription cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not shorten the current paid period; you keep access until the period ends. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in the Google Play app → Menu → Subscriptions.
Free trial
The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends, no payment is taken. The weekly plan does not include a trial.
Statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence (including, where applicable, EU / UK / AU / IN consumer-protection laws). Apple and Google's own refund policies, and any mandatory withdrawal rights you may have under local law, take precedence over this page.
What we cannot do
Stasher (Tournahub Solutions Private Limited) cannot reverse, partially refund or pro-rate any in-app purchase. We do not have the ability to do so; the transaction happens between you and Apple or Google.
Contact
If a store-side refund was denied and you believe there is an error on our side (for example a duplicate charge or an undelivered entitlement), email business@tournahub.com with your order id and we will help wherever we can.
