Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing, accessing or using a Stasher app (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Tournahub Solutions Private Limited, India.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-sublicensable, limited licence to install and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store / Play Store rules and these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. AI content, fitness & nutrition disclaimer

Our apps use our own in-house AI to read the videos, photos and voice notes you save and generate structured workouts and meals: exercises, sets and reps, or ingredients, portions and macros. This output is computer-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you. The Service is provided for general information and convenience only and is not medical, fitness, physical-therapy, nutritional, dietary or other professional advice.

Exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risk. Consult a qualified physician or dietitian before beginning any exercise program or diet, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You are solely responsible for evaluating the safety and suitability of any workout, weight, technique, food or macro target, and you act at your own risk. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Premium features require an active subscription, purchased through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing inside the app.

• Annual: $39.99 / yr with a 7-day free trial. Auto-renews annually at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Weekly: $3.99 / wk, no trial. Auto-renews weekly at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Play Store account settings.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not shorten the current paid period. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Play Store support). Stasher cannot process refunds for in-app purchases. Your statutory consumer rights (including in the EU, UK, AU and IN) are not affected. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate the law or anyone else's rights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell, rent or commercialise access to the Service.
• Bypass paywalls, entitlements or rate-limits.
• Upload or submit content you do not have the right to use.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice.

8. User content

You own the links and workouts you save. By using the Service you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process your inputs solely to operate, secure and improve the Service for you (for example, extracting a workout from a link you shared and surfacing your library). We will never sell your content or use it to train public foundation models.

9. Intellectual property

Stasher, GymStash, NutriStash, their wordmarks and logos, and all original copy, design and software are owned by Tournahub Solutions Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. No rights are granted other than the limited licence in Section 2. Third-party platforms and creators retain all rights to their own videos; our apps do not host or claim ownership of any source video.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms. Subscription terms continue to apply for the period already paid for.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOURNAHUB SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence.

14. App Store EULA Addendum (Apple)

If you obtained the Service through the Apple App Store, the following applies: these Terms are between you and Tournahub Solutions Private Limited only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims or legal compliance of the Service, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms entitled to enforce them against you.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app at the next launch. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance. The current version always lives at stasherapps.com/terms.
